Quality Assurance for cleaning company
All cleaning operatives will be CRB checked, they will also receive training in COSHH Health & Safety, Electricity at Work and Accident Reporting. This training is a legal requirement, but we feel that proper training on site improves the quality of the operatives that we employ and also makes the daily management and supervision of operatives more effective giving a more structured training frame work. All staff must supply proof of identification, bank account details, references and complete tax information.
We consider the management and supervision the key to any successful cleaning contract. The area manager would visit the site on a fortnightly, and on many occasions a weekly basis to ensure maintenance of the high standards of cleaning. Direction as well as support would be given so that a prevention rather than cure system of cleaning could be applied. In addition to this, the Operations Director would make regular calls to the site to make random inspections and to provide senior level back up and support.
