For your peace of mind, our staff are Veri-File validated, CRB checked, Data Protection Act compliant, health and safety and COSHH trained and even First Aid at Work certificate holders. All are uniformed and carry ID badges.
 
Quality Control Management
 
Management and supervision are key to any successful cleaning contract. Area managers make regular visits to ensure the highest standards are being met and to discuss any changes you might need or special requests you’d like to make. Our Operations Director makes regular calls for spot check inspections and to provide senior level support.
 
Service Level Agreements
 
Aquamark works with all new clients to set a clear service level agreement to cover response times, assignment timescales and work and service quality. The agreed parameters are closely monitored by the Contract Supervisor.
