New Malden carpet cleaning case study

Introduction

A New Malden based company was unsatisfied with the performance of their existing cleaning contractors and asked Aquamark to quote for their regular office cleaning requirements.

The building’s managing agent had appointed the existing cleaning contractor and was making it difficult for the company to end the contract and switch to another provider, putting up barriers concerning things like waste disposal and security, insisting that should they switch to another cleaning contractor, the building’s waste bins would no longer be available for use.

Aquamark was, however, able to address these issues by offering a waste disposal solution and CRB checked staff vetted through a company called Veri-File and Data Protection Act registered to meet the managing agent’s security criteria.

Office Carpet Cleaning

During the no obligation onsite consultation, Aquamark noticed that the office’s carpets were in a terrible condition, having been damaged by a leak some years before. The plan was to replace the carpets when sufficient funds were available, but this would not be in the immediate future. Aquamark suggested the carpets could be cleaned and brought up to a good standard, and would include a quotation for this.

Aquamark Appointed as Regular Office Cleaners

The quotation was accepted and Aquamark was taken on as the company’s regular cleaning contractor, with the additional instruction to proceed with the carpet cleaning.

The results speak for themselves with new life having been breathed into the carpets and the company was impressed enough to request a quotation for other flooring areas to be cleaned.

“Thank you for all your work. The carpets have dried well and Brian is very impressed!” Francesca Gilbert.
