A 33-storey mixed-use skyscraper in Canary Wharf, London, housing a Marriott Hotel and 158 apartments.

At the site, the two BMU’s located on the roof are out of service and cannot be used. When Aquamark got asked to carry out a site survey, the windows hadn’t been cleaned for over a year.

Aquamark got asked by the site manager to carry out a site survey as we had been cleaning the prestigious Marriott hotel which is located on this site.

Solution

Carry out a clean every three month using rope access and three A-frame counterweight systems to overcome the BMU issues.
