1. Discovery call
A 15-minute call to understand your building, your current arrangement and what you need. We’ll recommend the right programme and next steps.
2. Site assessment
If we’re the right fit for each other, we’ll book a site assessment - one of our managers will visit your building to survey the glass, access and specification in person.
3. Your proposal - within 48 hours
You’ll receive a clear, detailed proposal within 48 hours of the site assessment. No chasing, no vague promises.
4. Your programme begins
Schedule agreed, team introduced, first clean booked - with photo-evidenced reporting from day one.
